Iâm Hollie Griffiths
I'm an OBM and ops manager who helps ambitious female entrepreneurs systemise their operations so they can stop drowning in the day-to-day and start leading their movement with full embodiment.
TranslationâĻI handle the backend chaos so you can focus on changing the world.

2014 - Moved to Cardiff for university and never left
2017 - Graduated with a 1st and landed my first job in high end TV
2018 - 2020 - Worked on some of the biggest TV and film jobs in Wales and the UK
2020 - Spent the COVID-19 summer lockdown renovating our first home - quite literally, we were builders, plumbers, painters, electricians, you name it, we tried it
2022 - Worked on a TV series for Disney+, then realised I was utterly miserable
2022 - Started my business as a side hustle
2023 - Business was growing, so I took on my first two team members
2023 - Pivoted my business
2025 - Left my job, built a team of 7, landed the most dreamy clients, and rebranded my business
I've worked in high-pressure industries where not delivering wasn't an option.
That discipline? It's ingrained in me.
I have a first-class degree in Stage Management and Technical Theatre from a conservatoire (fancy, I know).
The attention to detail, project management skills, and ability to keep multiple moving parts organised? Those skills have very much come into play in business.
I'm Strategic. I'm Driven. I'm Ambitious.
And if I'm honest, I don't have time for a victim mindset. Things are hard, I get it, but you're the only one who can change your situation. I live by this, and I work with clients who do too.
But here's what sets me apart: I'm strategic. I don't just execute, I think ahead. I spot what's missing. I anticipate problems before they become fires. And I make sure you can lead with full embodiment whilst I handle the rest.
I Practice What I Preach
I'm a firm believer in practising what I preach. That's why I have a team of 7 supporting different elements of my business. Just as I tell my clients, a CEO's time is best spent on strategic planning and a-level growth - not filing documents or scheduling social media.
I get it, I also love being in control (of EVERYTHING) and knowing exactly what's happening in my businessâĻ but if I spent all the time in every little tiny detail we've been part of my business, I would never move the needle. It's a balance, and I'm constantly learning how to let go whilst staying connected to what matters most.
I wouldn't ask you to invest in support if I wasn't willing to do it myself. I know firsthand what it's like to try to do everything alone, then take on great team members. I've been the bottleneck in my own business (sometimes I still am). And I've experienced the transformation that happens when you finally admit you can't (and shouldn't) do it all.
That's not just theory. That's lived experience. And it's exactly why I can help you build the same freedom into your business.
What my client say
Do we have anything in common?
I love a holiday (anything from a week in Greece to two months backpacking), dinners out with Ellis, dog walks and coffee dates, hiking in the mountains, sunsets, dancing to live music, and playing netball twice a week (I'm 31 and like to keep fit - it also feeds my competitive side).
I work bloody hard for my money and have no issues treating myself.
I believe dogs are food for the soul.
And I'm obsessed with chocolate.
